Today we weighed in for Biggest Loser, which I swore I would NOT join this year. However, after much consideration, I think it's a good way to motivate myself to lose all this weight I've packed back on.

I am 223 pounds. Geez. I have to repeat that in my head to believe it. Two years ago I thought I was over this slump, but Angel got pregnant and I went to hell in a handbasket. I didn't know I was so psychologically dependent on Big Poppa. Without her bossing me around, it's like my life just went to pieces, Reeses pieces. Dairy Queen dipped ice cream cones.

Last night she was texting everyone she thought might be interested in her bootcamp, and I said, I will be there, rain or shine. She said, "I'M SO EXCITED." I replied, "I'M SO HUNGRY." That probably irritated her because she did not entertain that LOL

God forbid she should find out I ate a Jack-in-the-Box Hot Mess burger on Saturday. After I ate it all, I went and looked up on here how much it was in KCals... and it was 846 KCals. Good job, Joanne. You managed to eat 846 KCals in one sitting. Wait, I forgot to mention the Starbucks drink that Cassie looked up, which was over 400 calories.

See, that's why I've gotten fat again. Ugh.

*sigh*
223.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
