every couple of months im declaring to start off new. In order to get somewhere different u have to do something different. So im not declaring anything im taking it one step one day at a time. The first goal was to excerise & it is done.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
