I haven’t been on the scale since I hit my goal weight on february 1st and did not record my food intake although I’ve become more aware of what I eat. When I got on the scale this morning I was sure I probably gained at least 1 kg back… What a nice surprise when the scale was at 67kgs!!! Looks like I’ve been stabilizing for the past 2 weeks without really trying and that’s amazing. I’m happy to be stabilizing not regaining. To me that’s a victory. Whooptyf##kingdo ha ha :)
147.7 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
