Not loosing any weight, refiguring my diet and starting again. Going to remove the atkins bars & see if that helps. Adding in more veggies.

How long you been on it? It can take two weeks to see the weight lose and remember watch the cars. first two weeks NO MORE then 14 carbs a day. But don't stop. You can do it :)

During the Induction Phase, you should be eating 20g of net carbs. Good idea about eating more veggies. 12-15g should come from veggies (green, leafy ones preferred), and drink lots of water. I'm sure you'll see a loss if you stop eating the bars. They're notorious for stalling people's weight loss. Feel free to look at my Food Diary :) and good luck to you!

I agree about the Atkins bars....I know some folks who use them all the time and lose consistently but then there are others, like me, who stall weight with just a bit of one. I think it is the sugar alcohol that messes up my metabolism or whatever. When I cut out the bars, things go more smoothly. And drink lots of water....not diet colas but water! Good luck and I am sure that you will see results soon.
