This weekend I kept pretty much on track but did eat some fries and some of Craigs Mac N Cheese. It is hard living with someone who is not on a diet. I just have to keep reminding myself that it is alright if I slip up and to just keep getting back on track. The moment that I choose to not get back on track is the moment that I fail.
There is a girl at work that is taking this challenge way to seriously and it honestly driving everyone crazy. always Calorie counting, that is every conversation that she has. And really beats herself up for "cheating" I look at it like this. after this diet is over I have to go back to living like normal, that may include eating fries and mac n cheese, so if i can just except it now and realized that it is not the best for me and just move on... then 'maybe' ill be able to make this a life style than just a diet.
