Morganzilla's Journal, 19 February 2013

So here I am starting week 7 of my weight loss journey, so far so good. I have managed to count all of my calories and always stay below 1500 for the day. However yesterday was a statutory holiday for me and I had my first cheat so far. I ate roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, and I can't forget the apple crisp for desert. I didn't count my calories for this meal since it would be nearly impossible to figure it out. But I do know that I managed to decrease my portion sizes by about half of what I use to eat. Let's hope one meal doesn't curb my weightloss. Down 14lbs and another 43lbs to go.
