To get through the hardest journeys in life we need to take things one step at a time, however we must always remember to keep taking those steps.

There is nothing wrong with taking a step back because sometimes we need to do that to move forward!

Pretty good. I started week 6 yesterday. I busted my butt yesterday burning calories. I think about 200 doing C25K and then another 639 cycling. This morning the scales did not reflect my efforts though. I had to do something to counteract the calories I ate. I am back to work today so it will be a little easier to control caloric intake. Yesterday's run was good. No problems meeting the timed requirements. It was actually a run that wasn't as hard because it was broken up into a 5-8-5 run with 3 minute walks in between instead of a longer duration with no breaks. Plan to do a pre-programmed run on the TM and then cycling again this evening. But let me ask you something. I read yesterday on Facebook I love to Run page that it says to keep your rest days. Then it went on to say you should rest from those "hard runs", the ones that cause the burn. When you have rest days are you not running or exercising at all or are you just still running/exercising but just not pushing hard enough to burn. I don't feel the burn every time I run. So I'm wondering if I am pushing myself hard enough. I know I am stronger this time doing the C25K because it is easier for me than when I did it last fall. Your thoughts???
