Even though low carb can be difficult to stick with, it always seems to work for me. Now if I could only figure out how to do it on the go.

Get a cooler with a cold pack. You can put the stuff you need in it the day before (boiled eggs, salad with chicken, cheese sticks, etc.). Grab and go!

Thank you, my biggest dilemma is spending the weekend on a small sailboat with very limited cooling and cooking facilities. I think the tuna packets with a mayo packet may work, and laso some low carb muffin recipes. Any other easy grab and go ideas will be gratly appreciated. I do't like to overdo the atkins bars since too many sugar alcohols seem to block my weight loss.
