I'm really nervous about today. I'm attending a resume workshop, so I'll be learning how to make all my abilities shine. I'm really hoping it can give me some direction on which way to take my job search.
Besides that the last few days have not been good ones. I've been so irritable, and like I mentioned before eating that anger. I'll eat more when I'm angry then when I'm sad. I tried some relaxation techniques last night and they seemed to help. I also did some stretches to attempt to work out muscle aches.
I might start doing them on a nightly basis. Key word "might"!!

Good luck on the job front. I'm blessed to have a job that is challenging and fun at the same time but I only found this job a few months ago after many many horrible ones. Stretching (especially something rhythmic like yoga) is soooo good for you. Not just the physical benefits, but the mental calm and focus. I even have my husband doing it now!

Sounds like you're getting things back in order. I'm so proud of you that your still hanging in there and keeping at it. Hopefully your workshop will give you a lot of help and some of that anxiety will leave soon. Big hugs! :)
