Well a bit disappointed that I haven't lost this week. Was losing 1lb a week but seem to have stalled. I have been ill with a cold all week so I think I'll just blame that, maybe holding on to extra water??!! grrr
112.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
