I was told that due to some medical problems that I needed to take off 86 lbs. or face some major possible death. I was doing so good. I had lost 60 lbs toward my goal and then my mother-in-law came in from out of town for a visit about 1 1/2 years ago and it's been down hill ever since. She is such a wonderful cook and I couldn't stop eating. Now 1 1/2 years later, I have gained almost 40 of those pounds back. I feel like an idiot! What a loser! And I don't mean in weight. I am determine to get back on track. I have a wedding and graduation in May and a Confirmation in June. I don't want to take "fat" pictures. Tomorrow I am going to join a health club and today, I started back on my Mediterranean diet. Let's see what happens. Let's see if I can redeem myself from idiotism.
