Next week will be one year! I will have 1.6 pounds to go to get to 159.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 115.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1319 kcal Fat: 36.82g | Prot: 86.65g | Carb: 178.33g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Natural Applesauce , Skim Milk, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber. Lunch: Snapea Crisps, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Cherry, Calorie Free Miracle Mayo, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, No Salt Added Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce. Snacks/Other: Special K Protein Shake - French Vanilla, Cinnamon Oat Crunch. more...
