OK so I am correcting my beginning weight because I found out that the scale I was using was off. So my actual staring weight was 194. I can not believe I let myself put on that much weight! Going to get this off and keep it off!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
