I am on the Mayo Clinic Diabetic Diet. It's no much different, if any,
from the regular Mayo Clinic Diet. I'm afraid of diabetes and I'm borderline. I do better following the diet when I am home.

I know it is hard. My husband is also a borderline diabetic. He is a snacker and he loves pop so I have a hard time keeping him away from the refrig. I have stocked it with some treats and gone to diet pop which is helping. He has lost 8 lbs and has 20 to go. I helps when both people eat the same food. If you partner does not have diebetes. it can be altered and added to. This is what I have been doing. But I still need a buddy to help Marie
