Not exactly sure what I ate yesterday. At Bill's house, he fed me some pre-made Salmon burger patty. At home, I finished a large jar of trail mix. Two beers, I know how to count those! But the salmon burger and trail mix are unknowns.

Nice to see the scale trickling downward now for maybe a week and a half.
177.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
