It was brought to my attention, by a good friend, the other day, that I've been MIA around here for a while. I guess the bottom line is, I've been dragging my feet about, getting back on track with my low carb eating, and have been reluctant to post things into my diet calendar, for the same reason. I've gained a few pounds but, the damage hasn't been excessive. I will get back on track, and will do my best to be more visible around here; by checking up on my buddies, and making comments in areas where I feel I can be helpful. I'll also make a concerted effort to get back on track with logging my food intake, which is one of my favorite tools, and features about this site. To all my buddies; I haven't forgotten about you, other aspects of my life have just been taking up all my attention. Have a blessed week everyone. :-)
