Stalls can just be soooo frustrating. I just hope you can work through it and see the downward numbers soon. Looking at your food diary, you have gone over a couple of days then been quite short others, are you planning out meals to make it easier not to turn to things that might not be as good? Exercise will definitely help, eat less and move more is the key really cause you have to burn 3500 calories at least to lose 1 lb. Good luck, stick with it, you can do it!
