SO FRUSTERATING is this weight loss. I swear jogging till I cant barely stand it and then nothing on the scale, my inches are higher then ever around my abdomin. JUST so seriously frusterating. Went ahead and planned my meals for the week, its chicken, vegetables, vegetable soups without creamy broths, smoothies, and fruit and cottage cheese for snacks. I swear I have just had it with this fat stomach of mine. Not being able to wear clothing, looking old and dated.

Man Im pissed off but its a good pissed off that will hopefully at least show me lose some weight. FRUSTRATION.

Hi Gisme: I'm struggling with belly fat as well...Found out that part of what is keeping me back from losing weight is stress. Another is that I don't make my metabolism burn hot enough. So I'm starting to meditate once a day - and now I have to figure out how to make my metabolism burn hot. Really envy you that you are already doing the hardest part which is exercising(at least for me).

The increase around your stomach may just be bloat. You have lost 3 pounds in 8 days which is great. The scale doesn't always move as much as we would like, but many things factor in to weight loss besides food intake. Our bodies are made up of 60% water so many things affect the scale (exercise, stress, medications, sodium, hormones, etc.). You have to be in this for the long haul. Patience and persistence! Stay consistent with your eating and exercise. Keep your expectations realistic and you will be fine. A pound or two a week is what most people lose. You can also google foods that will help reduce ab bloat.
