I have tried to check-in with the LCHF challnge three or four times already this morning but nothing is showing up. Possibly this journal entry will not either but, just in case it does without showing the other entries, I weighed in at 174.2 this morning. Yay! Slowly inching my way down to my goal.
174.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
