i binged for 3 days and gained sooo much i wanna cry!!! i worked so hard for 5 weeks to lose the 5 kilos and just 3 days of french fries and arabic food i gained 2 kilos already!!!!!!

Any feel good comments (something like water weight :P)

Yes, some it if will be water weight, lol! Your human! You made a mistake! Learn from it, own up to it and move on. Try to figure out what you set you off, so you can change your behavior next time. I know what it's like and have been there. We all have! Now take a deep breath and get back on plan. You CAN do this!!!!
