Made it through the weekend! I had a tough day saturday keeping the calories controlled but managed to not over do it (4k) and kept it to mostly carbs (refeed). Seemes like stimulants/appetite suppresants are not as effective on me as they used to be(sad face). Averaging 2800 Cal/day for this month so far and I'm still hungry. This leads me to believe that I am still in a caloric defecit (I Hope!). Also I seem to be leaner and muscles seem to be filled as of this morning. Potentially due to factors read in Of Wooshes and Squishy Fat by Lyle McDonald. Will continue with current regimen and hopefully will see a scale drop next weight in.
