Walked my 10k steps today. Walked faster and in longer stretches than I have been before. Also some upper body strengthening.

Went just over the 25 carb limit but probably not enough to matter.

Nice to see under 175 this morning for the first time in way too long. Maybe I will see 174 even tomorrow. At least, that is what i am hoping. Of course, between the bacon and the kimchi, I had a lot of salt today and that could skew the results. We'll see. On e way or another, i will keep marching along this path.

Waiting to see your numbers, hope that 174 is there. I'm doing more upper body now too, the lower half of me I'm quite happy with but the top part sure needs work which walking just doesn't seem to do. Hang in there, the numbers are coming down, you'll see those results!
