what makes it hard is there's no one to guide you when you need.
and all you hear and have heard about before about w\those people who have lost weight , were doing it for some other reasons that don't inspire you or motivate you . it's hard at the beginning , you know that .. but it's hard enough to break you ? if it's this time .. next time won't be .. that's another thing you gotta know ..
