Sunday Feb17th, 2013 weigh in 158 :( (basically back where I started)boooo... After not being very disciplined since Valentines day, I have gained a few pounds, feel very lazy and am dissapointed in myself! I was doin so well! But... I am now officially back on track! I will weigh in once a week (Saturday) from now on, to not be totally obsessed and discouraged if/when the scale doesn't move daily! I will be at the gym (at least) 4 times this week! and follow the atkins induction plan religiously :) Cheers to a grrreat week!
