No, I did not gain almost 10 pounds in a week. I bought a new scale since mine was almost 10 pounds less than the dr's office and guess what ... new scale matches the dr's. So, that means my start weight was 10 pounds higher too. I'm still proud of how I'm doing and am excited for more weight loss!
224.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have already done amazingly well. Keep up the good work. Good for you for buying the new scale, I might have convinced myself the dr's scale was wrong :)
