Have just had a free for all with food lately and haven't been able to settle on a diet but I am going to try the 5/2 principle
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet The GI diet   gaining 1.0 lb a week
