It has been a slow week on the weight loss front. Hopefully I can get a jumpstart into next week. However I am down almost 17 pounds since the start of January. With a little patience I will be able to crack 180 by the end of the month.
183.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
