Lots of choices to pack a lunch. Hard boiled eggs, celery with cream cheese, a slice of ham with cream cheese spread on it rolled up and you can put some celery or dill pickle in the middle when you roll, sugar free of coarse. You could always pack a salad with some dressing on the side or if they have a microwave think about putting the ingredients of muffin in a minute in a baggie then just take an egg with you in a mug. Mix it up when you want lunch, it's great and if you take a square tupperware container rather than a mug you could make a sandwich with some cold meat, cheese, what ever you like on a sandwich. Egg salad is always good for topping a salad or cheese. Make sure you have lots of protein so you don't get hungry, that's the key to staying on track.
Hope these help a bit. I'm like you, the scales aren't showing a whole lot but the clothes are fitting better. Tues is measuring day so we'll see what's happening.
I don't have any intentions of giving up, I'm having way to much fun planning meals and finding these delicious recipes, you should try the mock danish I put in the recipe thread, it is to die for and so simple. You could make one of those and take it too.

you can do this! i eat all the things Suncatcher listed and so many others that have always been in the kitchen i just didn't put them together the same way before! also tuna salad or chicken salad on greens (with mayo and dijon mustard and celery and s&p), LOVE the muffin in a minute and even got my mom hooked on them! one thing i've found odd but it works...i just don't think about food until it's time to cook/eat! i love to cook so i browse recipe sites and find new things so i don't get bored with the same old stuff! i think the scale can be my own worst enemy! i try to gauge it by how i feel and you know when you've lost...you can feel it! keep up the positive thinking and it will keep falling off! :)

I guess I should have said "spending the night". I am away from my kitchen for 29 hours. But I think I packed enough LC goodies to get me through. Thanks for all the suggestions.
