Haven't done one of these in awhile... went back to the gym finally tonight. Got in 22 minutes on the treadmill, at a slow speed. I don't feel bad, but after the asthma attack a couple of weekends ago I'm extremely jumpy.
Lost 4.5 more pounds, yay for that!!! Long journey still awaits, and it seems like I'm in the middle of a storm. But I have faith...
