Well all I've done is just try to be mindful of what I really want, and whether I felt the food was as good as it tasted when I started. Also just quit cold turkey on the soda-the stuff is horrible for me, especially, because of the sodium. Had salad for snacks yesterday, and I need to pick up more salad things ASAP. Trying to work my way up to more activity and less sitting on my arse in front of the computer! LOL! Hopefully the weather will improve enough that I can go walking-I need to work up to half an hour a day.

Lost so far: 5.2 lb.
Still to go: 28.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
