I have lost weight! But before I give myself too much credit I will admit that I have slacked off on my exercising so it could also be that I have slimmed up a little muscle mass wise. That being said, this is the lightest the scale has read in almost 2 years! I am being good, eating lots of veggies and cutting back on my evil potato/chip addiction has helped me more than anything. It is reading week this week so I will be home lots and have to make sure that I dont fall into a habit of eating out of boredom.

I am doing great! 10 more pounds until I am back at my high school weight and after that the sky is the limit!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
