time for a new scale....jumped on it read 116 lbs...I lost 130 lbs in 3 days lol

lol.... If it were only really that quick. With the next one you might try stepping on instead of jumping. I know you probably get a little upset with it sometimes but it will last longer. :)

LOL - losing 1 or 2 pounds a week is extremely good. Try to stay one day at a time. I find when I get rigid about how much I want to lose by a certain date, I get frustrated and set myself up to quit if it doesn't happen! Hang in there - you CAN do it!

Hrm... then you definitely need a new scale! I was thinking that maybe if it was analog the zero might have been off, but if it's digital then it's broken... I have an "EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale w/ Extra Large Backlit 3.5" Display and "Step-On" Technology". It was $30 on amazon. I've had it for 10 months and it works great. And from the reviews it looks like if anything happens to the scale they have excellent customer service. If you are interested, of course. :)
