I need to follow a plan. I have very little self control I make good choices intil 4:00 pm usually then I crave something sweet, then something salty by then I've over done it. Argh! On top of that I'm not exercising. (Have been sick a few days each week) but I wasn't exercising before that very much.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
