Just made my first Cauliflower Crust Pizza. It was surprisingly delicious. I will be putting this on my menu again.

Sounds good. I'm gonna try it... BTW I have a trick for a Breaded chicken Recipe. use crushed pork rhinds as breading and OMG!!!!!! Sooooooooo goood

Oh I've done both of those and they are good ! Those pork rinds are more versitale than you know..I even use them as croutons on my salad. Somewhere floating around there's a cake made with them.
