I have been using the Hungry Girl trick of putting cauliflower into some dishes to stretch them. I love mac & cheese, but I don't have it very often because it is not the healthiest. I tried the trick of cutting my portion in half and then adding up to 1 cup of cauliflower. Now I have enough to feel full and 1/2 the calories & fat. Can't wait to try it with mashed potatoes.
116.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet arjarj's own diet   gaining 0.2 lb a week

in only knew the trick of putting it in mash didnt think of putting it in anything else ...thanks ...what other things could i put it in

I am thinking lots of different pasta, maybe not spaghetti, but almost any other kind.
