Not sure but thinking alot of water weight because food was on target. Gave up daily weigh ins for lent. Not sure I can do it but going to try.
148.2 lb Lost so far: 21.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Malissa1's own diet   gaining 0.9 lb a week
