mikefarinha's Journal, 15 February 2013

This past week it has been pretty easy to skip (or have a small) lunch, and fasting for Ash Wednesday certainly didn't hurt my weigh in today. Speaking of which, that reminds me that today is the first Friday of lent so... no meat!

I guess we're having fish tonight. I have a bunch of frozen salmon in our freezer so I'm good.

I've been pretty busy at work and haven't had the time to enter in my food. I haven't been good at recording my food intake after work anyways so I think I'll stop recording food again and see how well I can either lose or maintain.

After all I only consider a diet successful if I can lose the weight and keep it of with little to no effort.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
