Down again, just a little bit! Had a great time last night with going to the concert and eating out. Had a little too much last night...red wine, antipasto, some pudding! it was all very yummy! I was caught up in the moment. I tried to make good choices... We did a lot of walking though, and for the concert we stood the whole time too. Right now, the lack of sleep is starting to catch up with me. Can't wait for the work day to be over and then I can go home and relax! Have a good weekend all!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
