I do not get it !!! I didn't do anything wrong, I am wondering now is this really just water weight or did I actually gained weight, I finished my stupid TOM 2 days ago. I am so sad I have no idea what to do should I keep doing this or just forget it and live my life while i am sad and NOT having fun !

TOM (time of month). Hang in there. Everyone has their "carb threshold". Perhaps too many carbs? I was taking in 60 gross carbs yet 28-30 net carbs and it really stalled me for a bit. While you may not see the scale move you will see changes in your body. Take a measuring tape and measure your thighs, waist, hips and arms. Do it again a week later. The scale does not always move but you will see a change!

Lynn....try more calories.... add some bacon to breakfast.. your protein is really lean stuff. Try some more fats other than oils to rev your metabolism... your body needs to rev up to burn stores fats. Good Luck!!!

alright Lori I will try to add other kinds of protein i do feel that my pants fits better but i've never measured anything before. it's really frustrating do you think the scale will go down soon ??!!

What is your RDI for calories? At 1100/day, your body probably thinks it is starving and isn't going to give anything up. Are you exercising too? Stalls are so frustrating...
