Went to Outback for Valentines day celebration. Twenty three years ago we were engaged on Valentines in the lab at St. Joe's hospital in Asheville.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
