Well that was a fun day... Not. Surgery, no exercise, pain today and weight gain to boot. At least it can only get better but it will be messed up for a few days :(
179.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I seem to be managing 20 mins low speed on the mill so hopefully i will knock a few cals off but the morning exercises will be out of the window for a few days... Will see how it goes...blumming hurts :/

I will just keep smiling as i always do lol. I did scream in theatre yesterday as its only done under local. its a bit like at the dentist when they hit the nerve. ... But then some lol
