another carb up. this one affected me by 4lbs. Two issues likely played a role. 1 I didn't wait the 9 days required between carb ups. 2 I didn't work out my legs which probably house the most carbs. hence 4lbs increase.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
