3221 kcal Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast: Dried Cranberries, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Joghurt 0.1% fat, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Pink Grapefruit Juice. Lunch: steak, apple, olive oil, onion, lentils. Dinner: Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Pork Belly, wine, Couscous (Cooked), Provolone Cheese, cheese, Gin and Tonic, Beer, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Ciabatta, Meatless Spinach Quiche. Snacks/Other: banana, Bananas, Soft Granola Bars, dried apricots. more...
