3221 kcal Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast: Joghurt 0.1% fat, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Dried Cranberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Pink Grapefruit Juice. Lunch: onion, steak, olive oil, lentils, apple. Dinner: Provolone Cheese, cheese, Gin and Tonic, Meatless Spinach Quiche, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Beer, Ciabatta, Pork Belly, wine, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Couscous (Cooked). Snacks/Other: Bananas, dried apricots, Soft Granola Bars, banana. more...
