I am so happy. After only 3 days, my outlook on everything as brightened. I'm finding it's not that hard to stay positive! I let myself eat whatever I want, I just watch the portion sizes. This way, I won't be depriving myself. I only eat until I'm full. This will be easier to stick with. I need some sneakers for Zumba I guess. Thought it'd be alright in just my barefeet, but the arch of my foot hurts now. My sides are sore, but it's a great feeling. I love knowing I'm honestly making a difference. I'm getting a little addicted to this site, haha. :)
