Still keeping up with my workouts.
Not following the Les Mills pump calender to the t but close enough and I am for the most part getting all the workouts in.
Did my best 5k time on the treadmill today. 46.15 min.
Sweating like crazy. Tired now and in need of some coffee.

Not really all tho there is one coming up in April I am thinking about doing. I started about a month ago just trying to get in one 5k a week just for the fun of it. I have only done three in four weeks but it's better than non. Just something extra to try and do.
