Seriously have been overeating! Too much time in my car during the day and I wind up in the McDonlads drive through with a BigMac in hand! So, back on the band wagon. I hate being out at the lake in a bathing suit and feeling bad about my body. So, that is my motivation for the next 12 weeks...feeling good in a bathing suit. I don't want to be SI model perfect, I just don't want to keep looking like I'm 5 months pregnant. Giddy-up!

Love the attitude!! Yes, you can do it. I too have joined the dance challenge, so let's rhamba, salsa, zumba(or whatever) ourselves a little slimmer!!!
After trying every other diet under the sun, we (hubby and I) are and have been doing Atkins, the new atkins. Much more user friendly than it used to be. But for me it will always be slow and steady, age, metabolism being what it is.
But I gained it slowly, so I guess it will take some time to lose it again. FOR GOOD! See you in Dance Challenge.
