WOW!! This Sunday will be 3 weeks since I have had any kind of soda and 2 weeks since I have had caffeine. I never thought I could do it but I have and I feel really good. I have a lot more energy without the caffeine.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
