how I've remained constant is a question I'll never know the answer to...Now that I'm seeming to level out, I think I need to start doing more muscle exercises so I can at least maybe get somewhat lean.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
