Made it through low carb yesterday. No drop on the scale, but my belly felt much less bloated and I was able to tighten my belt a notch :)
Up at 5:30, did Amy Dixon 20 min Cardio Kickboxing. My playstation wouldn't load JM. . .may have if I had been patient, but I wasn't so I did something else!

It may take a few days to get that drop, but if you lower your carbs for a while you'll see a difference. At least you did something this morning, instead of not being patient and the just giving up. Good for you!
