This is frustrating. I have been tired, not feeling well and not eating well. I have continued to exercise and now I am heading into a vacation weekend. Need to keep moving and make better choices and NOT EATING AFTER DINNER!
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1158 kcal Fat: 66.10g | Prot: 55.71g | Carb: 100.50g.   Breakfast: honey, french vanilla creamer, thomas english muffin light, skippy real peanut butter. Lunch: olive oil, lettuce, grape tomatoes, celery sticks, skippy natural peanut butter, white cheddar cheese. Dinner: salsa, egg whites, eggs, carrot sticks. Snacks/Other: greek yoplait lemon, walnuts chopped. more...
